At Sangmo Florist, we are pride of our fast and efficient dispatch service, which allows our customers to enjoy their purchases as soon as possible. Please note that:
- For orders placed monday to friday before 2pm aest, dispatched on the same day.
- For orders placed monday to friday after 2pm aest, weekends and holidays, dispatched on the next business day.
- For urgent orders, please contacting our customer service team for assistance via contact us page with your order number.
You order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or name of the site purchased from. For further discretion, the sender’s name will not be displayed on the parcel.
There are two choices of delivery options available:
- Regular parcel post takes 2-7 working days to 95% of the country. (Free for orders over $59.00)
- Express post takes 1-2 days but only available to metro areas.

When your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track it.
Please note that if you are not at home to receive your parcel, one of the delivery option will be leave at the safe place, by choosing that option, we cannot be held liable if your parcel is lost or stolen from the delivery address. However, we will assist in rectifying any delivery issues with the postal service.
Please note that if your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us.
Warranty
All products sold by sangmoflorist.com.au to the customers are guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty extends if products come with a manufacturer’s extended warranty (please refer to the product listing on our site or the warranty information provided with your product). This warranty is void in the event of misuse or abuse of the product. Sexynine will not allow any claims for labour or other expenses necessary to replace or repair damages caused by defective product.
Return
Sangmo Florist Pty. Ltd. Complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacement and refunds.
If your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Visit our contact us page for details. Contacting us first will allow us to troubleshoot with you and provide clear, concise warranty claim instructions tailored to your circumstances.
Before contacting us, you may like to try some basic troubleshooting tips:
- If your product is battery operated:
- Ensure you are using the correct batteries
- Ensure the batteries have been inserted correctly
- Try new batteries
- Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on
- For potential travel lock, if there are multiple buttons, hold them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to disable
- If your product is rechargeable:
- Ensure the product is fully charged
- Ensure the light (if any) is illuminating to show the product is connected to the charger

Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a return or exchange on used or “change of mind” sex toys. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however we do stay by our exceptional level of customer service. We will always endeavour to keep all our customers happy and satisfied with their purchase. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Please note:
- All claims must be made with 90 days of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from sangmoflorist.com.au
- The customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned
- Faulty product will be replaced with an identical product
- If we are unable to replace your product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the similar value or refund
Please note that for all lingerie, beachwear, costumes and footwear, returns must meet the following conditions:
- All labels are to be still attached to the product
- Products are to be returned in the original undamaged box (where applicable)
- The product must not have been worn (except to try on for size)
- The product must not be damaged or soiled
- The product must not be altered in any way
- The product must not be opened. (for lubricant and condoms)
